Rachael joined Gilshenan & Luton in 2026. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in April 2020 and previously worked at Crown Law.
Over six years at Crown Law she worked across a broad range of personal injury matters and developed particular experience advising government agencies on complex and sensitive matters, working closely with counsel, agencies and key stakeholders. Earlier in her career she worked across various insurers in claims management, gaining experience in liability assessment, policy interpretation and the strategic resolution of claims.
